Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer, all sales are final once production has begun.

Custom & Personalized Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized items, including products that feature:

  • Names, ranks, dates, units, locations, or other custom text

  • State selections or layout choices

  • Custom or requested emblems, badges, or logos

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Digital previews are provided for approval when applicable, and production timelines depend on timely approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The shipping packaging

  • The shipping label

If the issue is verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If we make an error on your order (such as incorrect text or layout that does not match your approved design), we will correct it at no additional cost. Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control once the order has shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only prior to approval of the digital design proof. Once the digital design is approved, production on custom items begins immediately, and the order can no longer be canceled, changed, or refunded.
