Production Time

All of our products are made to order. Current production time is 5–7 business days after ordering.

Shipping Time

Once your order has completed production, we ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 3–4 business days to arrive.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS Priority Mail to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the United States or APO.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist in filing a claim with USPS and work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Signature Requirements

For certain orders, especially higher-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your package is secure.
