📍Design
Each sign is designed to represent the area of the assignment that can include a name, rank, unit, dates, or a short farewell message. The state shape and background outline the assignment the member is leaving. Each sign is 15" on the longest side of the state.

📍Digital Preview After Purchase
A digital design preview will be provided within 48 hours of ordering. Production timelines depend on timely approval. Delays in preview approval will delay production, and if the design is not approved within four days, it will move forward as shown to avoid extended delays.

📍Personalization
The member's Rank and Last Name will be placed on the edge of the state in White Lettering. You can personalize the plaque with choice of state shape, silver info plate, and your choice of up to three badges, patches, emblems, or insignias. If adjustments are needed to maintain clarity or visual balance, you will be contacted prior to production. Emblem files should be uploaded at checkout or sent to madebysarge@gmail.com. Preferred files are original vector files (.SVG). High-resolution PNG files are also acceptable if vector files are unavailable. If you are requesting a badge but do not have the file, simply list the badge in your order notes. Emblem clarity may vary depending on design complexity and file quality, and some designs may appear cleaner than others.

📍 Details
Each plaque is custom made to order. A sawtooth hanger is installed and ready to hang upon arrival.

The back of the plaque is left unfinished. When using natural products such as wood, there will be knots and marks that can not be avoided, each piece is unique and will have a variety of natural markings.

The sign is made from high-quality wood, depending on the emblems selected wood and acrylic will be used to gain the most amount of detail possible. Approximately 1" thick.
